…to know what it is you love - what you fervently love - is not anything of small significance, especially if it’s a love that can carry you far

The beauty of the mountains is of course dressed by its peculiarities and unique characteristics, but also in that its power to inspire is unending, for each mountain top will only reveal what more there is to be experienced.

And there I am. There I am sitting on a bucket I use for trash, eating buckwheat noodles I just made out of the back of my car I’ve been living in for several months…

All of it will make you feel alive and feel as every bit apart of the earth beneath your feet - well alive and free.

Spend enough time in a place - nature that is - and you began to sense its rhythms and pace. It's not too fast, nor too slow. With or without you, that pace will never change…

….oh how awe-inspiring it is to think of all the places my feet have taken me: the good and the bad; the regrettable and the memorable; so much beautiful and sometimes horrible.

When the nights are darker the stars are brighter, and when the nights are colder, the carrots are sweeter.

And thus begins a journey.
